How much more value do you Real Estate Professionals think this paint job adds to the home below?

What a difference a little paint can make. Check out these Before and After photos of a Melbourne, Florida exterior repaint. After we pressure washed this Melbourne home we repaired all of the staircase stucco cracks, applied a clear sealer (due to chalkyness), and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 satin exterior paint.

I will help You find the Home YOU want to Buy

it definately adds value to the home. However, the buyer could do the same thing for the same amount of money.

The difference is not the value but how much faster that home will sell with the cosmetics spruced up. It is a win win. It is worth more and sells faster.

I think paint is totally worth it.  I had one sell last week with a fresh coat.  It looked amazing!

Great post! I'd love to re-blog it. You've easily added $20,000 in value. At least! The pictures say it all. Two minor quibbles: The Tuscan Yellow is a bit too bold. The red mulch--as stager Starr Osborne points out in her fabulous book Home Staging That Works--red mulch is a bit cheesey. Supermarkets and fast food restaurants use red mulch. Darker mulch looks more high end.

It's like staging the exterior of the home. Imagine what could be accomplished by cleaning up the exterior, staging the interior, and getting a pre-listing inspection.

Too bad Paul's over in Florida. I could find a lot of business for him here. LOL
