Mission Statement
Our Mission is to provide an Online Military Relocation Network that delivers a military installation's community at the "grass root level" for interaction while remaining very simplistic in the network design and navigation. We understand that PCS America users are focused and need to conduct research, make required contacts, and complete the PCS process for the next duty station. Making the required information available without visual interruption or distraction is a top priority for PCS America.
History
PCS America was created in March 2002 by two successful companies that simply identified a need within the military community for a detailed and targeted Relocation Network. By August 2002, PCS America was supplying military Housing Offices, both in the United States and Overseas, with online tools to supplement their current relocation information & resources. PCS America has supplied the Housing Offices since 2003 with monthly PCS Books (binders filled with local real estate magazines from many US installations) and PCS Brochures to provide personnel with awareness of the online PCS America resource.
In 2004 PCS America began supplying Family Service Centers, Family Support Offices, and Relocation Offices with the same resources as Housing. PCS America continues to advance the Network daily and connects you with the hard to find resources available online.
The PCS Network
PCS America is a very targeted Relocation Network for the United States military community including active members, Guard and Reserve, the DoD civilian workforce, retirees, veterans, and their families. Over 200 US military installations and their local communities are linked in the network, plus nearly 100 Overseas installations.
No need to bookmark dozens of pages or use a search engine to randomly research a military installation's community, just remember one web site name... pcsamerica.net
The focus is to create a "One Stop" Network that delivers specific military relocation information.
PCS America is at no cost to the military or government and there is no cost for accessing it daily.
