Hi, Tom. When I want summer, I travel from Fox Point along the lakefront to see my relatives in Waukesha County. 75 degrees is a scorcher along the the shores of Lake Michigan. One year our family took "spring" break to Florida in the middle of July. Another excuse for me to visit Waukesha County is the handful of listings that Billy and I market in your parts.

What is the deal with Delafield? I have been running inventory searches for our various communities for the last two years. Active with Offers/Pendings in Delafield haven't been above 10% of total inventory in the longest time. Such a nice area, great homes to pick from, and good schools!

We were fortunate to sell a home on Maple Avenue last year, but we couldn't get anyone to bite on a home that deeded access to Nagawicka Lake last summer.

Spreing Break in July in Florida? That had to be punishment. Reminds me of the time I took a vacation in the summer in Purto Vallarta; that will always be in my head. Delafield is a great are but it does not sell like Oconomowoc, Pewaukee or others. That deeded Lake access doesn't grab the buyers like it used to.
