Sara, most of the Wilshire Corridor buildings are like that. The are the height of luxury.
Jane, 287 average days on market … at that price I am curious what the average HOA dues are? I imagine there are monthly dues - is that right?
Kathleen, and some. Ranging from $2,748 to $3,032.
Jane....and in my area, a new, high end condo is mid $400k range.....
