This is Idaho's first certified Net Zero Home!  When I first heard that term, I thought they were advertising for the dial up internet company "Net Zero" but it is much better.  This is a home designed to produce more energy than it consumes for a Net Zero impact!  

 

This is being done via triple pane windows, photo voltaic (solar panels), super insulation packages, and more!
