No I’m not telling you to go out and change the world or anything like that. I’m not telling you to violate any Federal, State or agency rules. What I am telling you is (with the permission of your broker) if you see something that can be streamlined do it. If you can make the workload easier for the people in your office do it. If you can make the process lighter for the other agents than do that. Don’t just look at a problem and say to yourself “If it was done like this ------ than it would be easier.
