Do you have the problem I have? Keeping all those business cards in some kind of order? Here is my solution. First put the information in your data base/phone directory or whatever. Next take the first 12, set them on the glass of your printer with space at the bottom of each. There is room for more than 12, but 12 will allow for space at the bottom of each. Next make a copy of those on one sheet of paper. Take that sheet and put a page number on it and insert it into a plastic page protector. Insert that page into your 'business card' notebook. Take the business cards and 1) put them into a drawer, or 2) dispose of them! Now in you data base, make a column that indicates the page that the business card is on. You might even put the 'business' related to that person in your data base, phone number, or whatever you wish to make it useable.
What have you gained? Well, first of all, you don't have to shuffle business cards anymore looking for 'that one'.
Second, you can alphabetically list by name all those business cards and you can even group by business.
Third, you have room below the picture to make notes for future reference.
Fouth, in many cased, you have a picture of that person, in case you do call and need to refresh your memory.
Fifth, you don't need to buy those expensive business card holder plastice sleeves, that still you would have to search through to find 'that one'!
By putting the page number on, you don't have to alphabetize your stack each time you get a new card.
Best of all??? You are more organized, and as I am a 'z' personality, I need all the help I can get.
Ciao
