Apollo Beach will be getting a new multi-million dollar center. On June 29th Duke Realty Corporation bought land near US Hwy 41 and Big Bend Rd. There will be four bulk cross dock distribution buildings ranging from 280,000 to 400,000 sq ft. The project should be complete in four to five years. There will be approximately 5% office space, the rest will be a warehouse facility.
