What do you do to relax and de-stress?
I know that we all have our times when stress levels hit a point where you have to step back and find a comforting distraction temporarily to regain your composure.
I'm and avid tennis player and that works for me. I also enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and I LOVE gardening and landscaping around my home.
And of course, blogging really helps for me to let some of the stress come out of my fingertips.
The gardening thing really works for me. If I'm working from my home office and start to get a little too intense with work, I'll put on my gardening had and start to trim, plant, water and just make things look nice.
