Craig's List! What do you think?

I have heard a little about Craig's list, but was surprised how fast it worked! The Atlanta site is very easy to use and Free! Did I mention that it is Free! We posted a new listing in a subdivision on Lake Lanier on the Craig's list yesterday. Within 15 minutes of the post, we received a call from a man who will be relocating to the Atlanta area from Washington DC. He is interested in buying a home on the Lake for $650000 to $800000.

Craigslist Overview is an interesting site explaining the history, the pros and cons and what you should know before using Craigslist.

At my Seller's request I posted my first listing on Craig's List. I have not received any calls yet. Maybe Craig's List works better in certain areas. Time will tell.
