I recently sold a home in the Murrieta Area, that came with a play-set and wanted to write this post for my client but to inform other readers also.  Here's the information regarding wooden decks and play equipment!  Please Read!

Seal outdoor wooden decks and play sets. Those built before 2005 are likely coated with an arsenic pesticide that can stick to hands and clothing. Learn more from EWG.

Anything wooden that little hands can reach can be toxic.  The link above provides a detailed list of what to do on and around play equipment to keep children safe from potentially hazardous chemicals.
