For some time, Weatherstone has been one of the neighborhoods in Highlands Ranch that many of my buyers wish to look at. And with good reason, it has a great location, many of the yards are quite large, it has its own pool and the homes are just gorgeous. And as an added bonus, many of the lots have fantastic views.

Mariana, Great question.
The average days on market in Weatherstone currently is 108 days for homes that are Active Listings or Under Contract. The average Days on Market for homes that have Sold since 1/1/07 is however 69 Days on Market. Therefore, Days on Market seems to have increased and pricing is crucial. And then there is of course the properties that are in the best shape and priced right that sell very quickly. It is not unusual for a home in Weatherstone that has everything going for it to sell in days, thus helping the Sold numbers as well.
