Lou. I totally agree with you. In 1998-99, I saw the advent of technology hitting us mainstream! Many of the "old guard," said Nay! will do it our old ways. In the end as of this date, many have succumbed and even use Blackberrys or other hand helds. Myself, at age 74,next Monday(sind money for my retirement fund!!!) am active on Active Rain, see my several Blog attempts, written over 70 columns for REM Magazine, see remonline.com   As of this  past Sunday, am on Twitter, see Ziostan!  Love to be involved with our growing team of Agents, see remonline.com for latest press issue about RE/MAX Premier Inc. a Brokerage created for Premier Agens! We are now nearly 200 Agents, growing from 35 Agents 2 years ago, we took a quantum leap by acquiring the brokerage I left 2 years ago!  Change is inevitable. Years ago, IBM said that changes were taking place every 6 months. Now, it's like every 6 weeks. It wss only recently, the Torono Real Estate Board, the largest Board in Canada, did away with all paper listings! Gadzooks Sherlock!

Lou - Change is good...  I've had a lot of change "for the better" over the past year that has taken me out of my comfort zone, but opened my eyes to life I really want.  Thank you.

A lot of people just sit around and "wait" for change. Right now in my market area we still have a lot of realtors that are "waiting" for the market to come back..................... Realtors like me that have accepted that we are simply in a different market are much better off

an important areminder from one of my favorite authors.
