FT. MYERS INVESTMENT PROPERTY are coming in strong!

Due to the current financial market, with the U.S. Dollar growing in strength, everyone is watching Europe, calls from Investors are coming in. 

Just in once complex alone, this past weekend we have seen 3 price increases.  In this same complex in S. Ft. Myers, back in the beginning of the year, one was able to purchase as low as $30,000, however, we are now seeing prices coming in from Short Sales in the $50,000 to 80,000 range, a property in this area, not in short sale is being priced up to $112,000.  

 In many areas, the market is still stabilizing, however, depending on location, banks are seeing the value rising.

I have had to wonderfull opportunity to work with Canadian buyers and fully understand their exchange rate and all legal issues that come with purchasing in Florida.
