Although a local loan officer send me an email assuring me that it had been passed, (now I remeber why I stopped using her), it did not pass, it was attached to another bill which was killed, so your buyers still have close by tomorrow.

I hope everything works out for everyone!

Thank goodness that my buyer who's escrow was long overdue to close is due to officially record today! I know there will be some real sweat going on across the nation in closing/attorney offices to get these deals closed.

Tomorrow will not be a good day for thousands of buyers. I don't understand why the extension wasn't presented in a more straight forward manner; why attach it to another bill.
