Yes, the bank that you and I bailed out with our hard earned money so that they could survive, prosper, keep employees, continue to pay their taxes and resume banking business.... took your HELPING HAND and is using it to evict, foreclose and run around honest, decent homeowners who apply to them for help.
WANTED BY ALL BANKS AND THE GOVERNMENT. REWARD OFFERED. EVICT ON SIGHT...
These homeowners are not criminals, but the current customers of the bank who complied with all that was asked of them before the economy crashed, record unemployment kicked in, and Real Estate took a dive. Yes, Chase bank prospered very well charging above average fees, excessive interest rates and additional charges every chance they got all during this time.

My clients who make enough money applied to them for a loan modification. They originally purchased his home for 1.2 million dollars with a substantial down payment to boot. Currently, the home is now worth approximately $750,000 and dropping. My clients had an adjustable loan and wanted it stabilized.

What this would mean to the bank is that instead of collecting a $7000.00 a month payment, they would and could collect a $5500.00 a month payment. My client has never been late and contacted them before he was delinquent. What makes this s compelling is that there is a glut of property available all over the neighborhood.
They advised him that until he was late. he could not qualify. Imagine that.....BofA and all the rest of them require that you become late, delinquent, ruin your credit for years before they can entertain helping you.

You get nothing in writing when applying for a loan modification. They legally keep you in foreclosure as you are trying to work something out. They will not guarantee the outcome and you have to take their word for everything. Even if you get the modification, it is a trial one. All during this time, you are still in foreclosure as you are paying as instructed.
If the bank decides at anytime to pull the plug on you, there is nothing you can do. Until you get a new note with the accompanying paperwork, you have nothing.....Does this remind you of a dictatorship or tyrannical management? Any business doing this would be shut down within months. The public word of mouth would be their KISS OF DEATH. So, how do they pull off this exception to the business rules of behavior.....?

The banks are immune from threats from the public. Are you shocked? Who would support this type of ANTI-business practices? The government ...... by giving them sanctuary.....This is given over you and you become a casualty while they go on........YOUR GOVERNMENT AND YOUR MONEY working against you.
My clients have not been able to stop a trustee sale from taking place any day now. Here is a very confusing fact: Chase has the help centers all over the place. They advertise and market how simple it is to just walk in and GET HELP. What they do not do is commit to anything. While they are processing a request, it takes days or weeks to get a reply. The reply is not in writing nor is it dependable.
WE DECIDED TO MOVE INSTEAD OF BEING FORCEFULLY EVICITED
My clients have decided to move. I wanted to so a short sale, but Chase makes it very hard to initiate and keeps the threat of foreclosure over you all the while they are talking with you. Now, we are standing by to enter their CASH for KEYS program and apply for relocation expenses. My clients now have BLACK MARKS on their credit report for years to come. YEARS TO COME..........

TO CHASE BANK: You may have this house back. The new owner will pay the market value of the property if and when it sells. Until then, you will have to maintain the 2.5 acres as the city will require full compliance. You will also have to insure against vandals or fire and join the rest of the glut of homes in this area. I do not know who is running your organization, but here is a thought...........why don't you build a business around helping people instead of destroying them?
