When I started my real estate career it was under the illusion that I would have all sorts of time to do whatever I want....then reality came and I have found you could easily work 18 a day 7 days a week year round and never really be completely caught up. With the economy being where it is and no one sure where their next sale was coming from or when it will be, I was curious how many agents will be working this weekend with it being the July 4th Holiday? I will be doing an open house or two and staying available to show houses but normally there is not much company come the weekend and especially a Holiday weekend.
So my question is How many fellow Rainer's will be working this weekend? I don't mind those who choose not to work but it would be nice if at least their listings were working. Go ahead and enjoy the day but make the listing available to us who do work. So if you are planning on being gone don't forget us poor agents in the trenches and either leave someone to watch your listings or carry a cell phone so we can still do what we do.
