I'm very fortunate to work with an investor that is remodeling Phoenix one home at a time.  He currently has a bunch in the pipeline.

No touches are spared.  He basically is on a mission to keep his construction crew busy and to do so, he started buying up homes himself, totally refurbishes them and then brings them to market.  I am lucky that I have had a long working relationship.
