I read about a site called cardpool.com

Those who have cards they want to sell can sell it here. Sellers pay to mail the unwanted cards. Cards must be worth at least $25/

There is no shipping cost for buyers.

Recent cash offer for a $100/ Target card was $92/ Recent sale price was $97/

I have not used the site yet but am going to check it out.
