Terms of sale: 10% DOWN CASH OR GOOD FAITH CHECK ON REAL ESTATE DAY OF AUCTION. THE BALANCE MUST BE PAID ON OR BEFORE 30 DAYS. POSSESSION WITH DEED. 2010 TAXES TO BE PAID BY THE SELLER. BUYER TO ASSUME INSURANCE AT CLOSING. A 6% BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE CHARGED ON THE HOUSE AND ANY AND ALL REAL ESTATE SOLD TO DETERMINE THE FINAL SALES PRICE. On the personal property buyers must pay with cash or check. If buyer buys with check proper driver's license # must be provided. All furniture and tools are selling as is where is - no warranties expressed or implied. A 10% buyer's premium will be collected. A 6% sales tax will be collected unless you are a tax exempt purchaser. If you are tax exempt you must have a tax id number on day of the sale. Buyers must pay for items before they leave.
