Everybody dreams. Do you know why you dream? It is nature's way of letting you deal with all kinds of bad things. Everything we worry about we will "encounter" in a dream. Only it will be 100 times worse than reality. You deal with the dream so that when you face it in real life you can handle it easily.
As you can guess these dreams are mostly "negative."
How many times have you heard that you need to have a "positive" attitude?
This is going to take some conscious effort on your part. Your dreams are pulling you in the wrong direction.
You need to "practice" being positive. You need to reinforce positive thoughts and attitudes. You've got a lot to overcome.
Because I coach others I am a "candidate" for coaching myself. I am constantly getting newsletters and email ads on every kind of program imaginable.
I recently got one trying to sell me a book or tapes or something on this subject.
I don't need the course and neither do you, but I do need the"message" and so do you.
Be EXTRA positive to counter this negative force from within ourselves.
Today we have all kinds of negative messages bombarding us. We really need to stay vigilant.
Be positive. Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are great. Tell yourself you are successful. Tell yourself whatever you want to reinforce. Tell yourself over and over again.
Be positive. Be positive. Repeat after me, ""I can do it." Now repeat this until you believe it.
Hello Bill,My dreams are fabulous, I can't remember having had bad dreams. Maybe it is because I start my sleeping night praying and thanking God for all the wonderful blessings he has bestowed in my life. When I awake , I smile because i have been again blessed with another day.
I am sure I have had nightmares before , I just don't remember them. Mostly though, they are wonderful and very vivid, colorful and actually quite magnificent.
