7. Neighborhood photography. People tend to buy not only a home, but a neighborhood and its’ lifestyle, therefore, we include neighborhood photos to highlight those amenities.

 

OK, this one’s kind of a no-brainer. People buy neighborhoods and lifestyles as well as houses. I feel it’s important to include neighborhood photography to show the amenities of the area.

I guess the question that arises is, does a person have a right to photograph peoples homes. I say yes as long as I’m doing it from the street. I don’t photograph people or open garage doors etc. If someone ever asks me to take down a photograph of their home, I’ll be happy to do it, but I’ve never been asked.

I strongly feel neighborhood photos is something buyers really like and actually expect.
