I wanted to let you know that we closed today, and it was certainly all due to your management of the process and your sage guidance to me. I have never been a "sales guy" so sometimes it is hard for me to just tell them what they want to hear, regardless of what the contracts say. That said, I am smart enough to be able to evaluate a situation honestly. This process taught me how much I still have to learn in dealing with clients and in managing the information and the process. The good news is that I am not an "old dog that cannot learn new tricks." The buyer and I had a very nice final walk on the property today and she was very pleased with the outcome...and my services. She is committed to continuing to work with me to buy another home in Summerlin this fall (her next target investment).
