27 Comments on SOLD! New Construction Home in Franklinton, NC., by Craig Rutman, Your Raleigh, Cary, Apex Area Realtor!
Andrea - Thankfully, I've had a very good season so far. This one might be gone. But I keep getting others and the buyers are scooping them up!
Laura - Gotta love it! Cha-ching!
Marian - Sold signs are so 20th century! And as far as creating these ads, if you cook me a nice dinner, I'll come and give you Photoshop lessons!
Wanda - Thank you Wanda! I hope I can say that at least one ten twenty more times!
Susan - So glad the message was not lost here. Don't miss the next one!
Ed -Ed. Ed. Ed. You know this never gets old my friend! Come on down. I welcome your challenge!
Rebecca - Thank you rebecca! And, yes, I have more! Want one?!!!
Congratulations my friend................are there any other agents in your area or are you the only one? Hopefully there are many but you're the only one selling. Great marketing Craig........it pays off!
Roger - Thanks for the kudos my friend. Just here on ActiveRain there are 652 agents in my county! There are roughly 10 times that all together. I'm far from the most successful one. But I do try my best each and every day....especially in the marketing area.
Craig ~ that is one attractive looking home. If the interior matches the exterior, it probably didn't take long to sell. And your excellent aptitude for marketing only accelerated the process. Congrats!
Dawn - The interior of this home had it all! I got so many calls on this one, I knew it was going to move quickly.....and thankfully, it did! Thanks for the marketing kudos, Dawn. You're very kind. If I ever make it to Aurora, dinner's on me!
No one can expect you to do any more than your best my friend.............and you only need to be the best for yourself!
Roger - There's truth in your words Roger. But, at the end of the day, I need to be my best for this...
Hi Craig, Congratulations! That home is simply beautiful! I clicked on your link above and that is exactly why I work hard as well.
Jackie - You know the deal Jackie! Our kids are our lives. Helping my little one to achieve her dream is what I live for.
Congratulations on the Sale!! WOOHOO!! I'm sure the buyers are just as happy as can be, it's a beautiful home, Craig.
Mary - These buyers were as ecstatic as any buyer could be! They got a bautiful home at a fraction of what it would have cost had it not been a foreclosure.
Craig, Buddy congrats!!!!!!! Now sell the others so you can go on vacation! :)
Debbie - I'm working on it my friend! Got another two closings all lined up for the end of the month and then I'm off on a bit of a vacation!
Craigzilla strikes again! With two more in the pipeline for the end of the month - way to go.
Craig it is good to know you are selling a few homes in between making these great ads:)
Judy - No more tuna in the can for me! It's lobster now!
Bill - I think it just might be "these great ads" as you put it, that helps me sell these homes!!!
Love the stone exterior and glad you are munching on lobster now! Wish I could join ya for a dinner ;)
Craig ~ Love the "just sold" posts! New construction are fun to sell and I bet your buyers are happy homeowners right now. Congratulations!
Renee - This home truly was a pretty one. The buyers are happy and as you can see from the picture in this post, I'm eating well now too!!!
Life Before ActiveRain...And Now!!! What a Long Strange Trip It's Been!
Terrie - Thank you Terrie! Actually, this one was was my listing. But the buyers were ecstatic over the home and the price they got it for. And, you know me well enough by now to know that I just can't post a "just sold sign" kind of blog!
