Roger - Thanks for the kudos my friend. Just here on ActiveRain there are 652 agents in my county! There are roughly 10 times that all together. I'm far from the most successful one. But I do try my best each and every day....especially in the marketing area.
Craig ~ that is one attractive looking home. If the interior matches the exterior, it probably didn't take long to sell. And your excellent aptitude for marketing only accelerated the process. Congrats!
