I would like to start off saying that I do not work for AT&T or Apple, and that I am just an iPhone lover who is discovering how the iPhone will change the way I do business!

I had the iPhone since last year, but not until this year have I installed any Real Estate apps, and not until yesterday when I brought the iPhone 4 did I think how much my easier job in turn will be! I am the biggest fan of giving virtual tours and walkthroughs of homes listed and have even sold my services to create videos for individuals who believe in the power of virtual tours. Today I installed iMovie on my iPhone and began playing around with some old videos that I had on my phone and was able to put together an HD video and none the less was impressed by the quality when viewed on a computer.

Lets get the most out of our phones whether it be adapting to text messaging or creating virtual tours using the power of our current devices! I encourage all who have the iPhone to invest the $4.99 on iMovie and harness the power to create beautiful videos of the homes you have for sale!
