The number of Mortgage-related advertisements that the average person gets bombarded with every day is getting ridiculous! 

Between the postcards and 'special time-sensitive' offers you get in the mail and email every day, to the TV ads that lie about free / low cost loans and don't forget those classy roadside signs that promise you the world!  You know: "We can get anybody, anything, anytime!".
