Myersville Maryland Real Estate Market Report- August 2007

Here is a snapshot of the current housing market in Myersville Maryland.

As of the 8/12/07 there are 50 current residential active listings in Myersville. Currently 4 homes are under contract which is 7.4% of the total currently listed homes.

The breakdown of the price ranges of currently listed homes looks as follows:

$300K and under- 9 Homes
$300+-400K- 5
$400+-500K- 8
$500+-600K- 15
$600+-700K- 6
$700+-7

Of the 50 active listings, 12 have been on the market 180+ days and 11 total at 90-179 days. This represents almost half that have been listed for 3 months or more.
