According to this article in the Washington post, the volatility in the Lending arena is now affecting the prices of commercial properties.  I'm sure it doesn't help that interest rates have gone up as well.

It will be interesting to see how the Feds plugging in some money will effect the lending industry.

It seems like it is going to get worse before it gets better. Several Alt-A lenders are closing the doors and filing for bankruptcy, as well.

Randy, Derrick-  Thanks for your comments.  Looks like lending will go back to how it was before all the creative financing.  I, personally, feel it's makes everyone more honest and will truly give loans to people who can afford them.
