Shame on SmartMoney and MSN for posting an article on MSN's homepage today called "17 Real Estate Secrets Revealed - (find out what industry insiders don't want you to know)." You Made Us Sound Like a Worthless Bunch of Hooligans!
According to SmartMoney, Real estate agents, home inspectors, home builders, contractors, landscapers, and architects are out to cheat the consumer. Here are just a few quotes from the SmartMoney article posted on MSN's homepage today. You can read the article yourself, but I warn you, your blood might curdle afterwards.
- Real Estate Agent - I know zilch about zoning.
- Home Inspector - Your idea of a home inspection isn't necessarily mine.
- Home Builder - I'll build your house on a marshmallow.
- Contractor - My license is laughable.
- Landscaper - Don't expect a refund if your garden croaks.
- Architect - My drawings aren't really builder-ready.
Shame on you SmartMoney and MSN for posting a very unflattering picture of a large majority of hard working professionals who are trying to make a decent living by helping others realize their dreams. You made us sound like a worthless bunch of hooligans! So, thanks to your article, this "Hooligan" has decided to change her homepage to Google.
