North Las Vegas Home Sales: Average and Median Prices
Homes in North Las Vegas saw average selling prices fall 1.89% in May. The median selling price rose 0.96%. For the first five months of 2010, the average selling price for North Las Vegas homes is up 3.34%, while the median selling price has risen 2.54%. The total number of North Las Vegas homes sold is down 4.34%.
