The importance of professional representation

By
Real Estate Agent with CJR
I was just working on organizing some receipts for my accountant, and I thought of how thankful I am to have experienced, professional representation helping me prepare myself to file my taxes with the IRS.  Sure, my accountant charges me for his services, but the peace of mind I get from knowing he's representing my best interests is worth it.  He studies the tax codes in and out, all day long, and he knows my specific needs and goals and knows how to meet or exceed them.  Now, I could just put a stamp on my shoe box full of receipts, send it to my local IRS office, and hope for the best, but I feel better having my own representation.

Of course, my thoughts drifted to real estate.  I do real estate all day long, every day.  Representing buyers is my passion, and I take pride in getting to know them, understanding their goals, and helping them quickly and conveniently achieve their goals.  Still, there's one difference between me and my accountant--my clients never have to write me a check.  Hiring your own professional Buyer Specialist can save you money, time, and frustration.

As a Buyer Specialist on the Chader Team, I help my clients find the perfect property for their needs, negotiate the best possible deal for them, and provide support and advice from contract to close and beyond.  I only work with buyers, so my goal is always to make sure we find the right house for you.  My inventory is every property listed on the MLS, all new homes, and I can even help you with For Sale By Owner properties.  When a Realtor (R) takes a listing, they swear to represent the seller's best interest.  Builders hire people to represent their interests.  Shouldn't you have someone representing you?

Good start, Michele. Why not do another blog, but get more specific. What are the Dangers and Risks of Not being Represented?

Maybe you could entitle your blog, "Risky Business"

Question:
when a buyer calls a team member who doesn't specialize in buyers...what do they say to the buyers to get them to call or talk to you?

I mainly list and market properties.
I get calls from buyers who I refer to my associates but I don't have a polished switch phase yet... it seems kind of ackward to me yet.

Do you or anyone else have a good phase I could use?
