The average sales price for the closed "homes for sale" in Emerald Isle in June of 2010 was $395,406, the low was $125,000 and the high was $629,000.

The list to sale price ratio ranged from a low of 90% to a high of 97%. The price per heated square foot was $156 low, $230 average and $323 at the high end.
