In response to my recent post about selling a house or two this weekend, I did just that. 

I have 2 accepted offers, and one pending acceptance with a few minor changes, listed 2 homes and a lot, and managed to do some website maintainance and spend some time with the kiddos.  It was all and all a very productive weeekend, but now I have some loose ends to tie up this week!  What can I say but job security!  Thanks for all those who posted/commented on my blog and I look forward to keeping you updated on the local market, and hopefully showing you why should you have any referrals coming this way!  I'm the REALTOR for you!

Hope everyone had a great weekend as well, call me if you need some motivation!
