The hours are counting down. How that past month and a half have flown. The next Fundamentals of Home Inspection Training Course will begin at Bellingham Technical College on July 12 -- a Monday. Yikes, that is only a week away. The course is three weeks long and it fulfills the state's requirement of 120 classroom hours of fundamentals training. Course content includes all of the basics -- exterior, structure, roofing, plumbing, electric, etc. The final week consists of 40 hours of approved field training.
