This will be my first post. Any recommendations? I do love this stuff.
Welcome Christine! Talk about your area and share local events and things about the housing market and make it public so when buyers/sellers type in "Chesapeake VA real estate", your info will come up! I've gotten a lot of business from AR! Good luck!
First of all welcome. This site rocks. There are many, many excellent writers and experienced brokers to learn from. Just jump in. I started by reading some of the posts and getting a feeling for what this is about and then started writting. It was a little intimidating at first but in time I learned. There is loads of help as well. I think when you sign up they send links to the rules and stuff you need to know - important stuff. Enjoy the site.
Welcome to ActiveRain. Take the free webinars provided by ActiveRain University and read the blog on how points work. Best wishes for great success.
Blooming for home buyers.
Good luck. I have been on the site for two weeks. Very interesting.
Happy 4 th.
Christine, welcome! You'll love your time in the rain. It's great learning grounds for all things real estate and then some. Most everyone is willing to help and share so just ask. Start off by joining some groups - make sure to include the Activerain Newbies. Read their handbook and attend some of the AR University classes. But most of all, just dig in and enjoy.
This is a great place to learn. Being consistent and developing the habit of blogging is probably the hardest part at first.
Welcome to ActiveRain, Christine, from a fellow KW agent in Las Vegas! Start thinking about the geographic neighborhoods or niche markets that you want to focus on, and then start gathering photos, statistics, general info, maps, etc. for those areas.
