Is there a “labefaction” between you and your broker?

I don't know about you but at one time it happened to me.  I talk to other agents from time to time and they also have experienced the same with their broker.  I can tell you if you haven't experienced this just a little then you're not doing any business.  Oh yea the meaning of labefaction: downfall, deterioration or a weakening.
