Cool RSS widget for AR members - Spring Widgets RSS Reader

Hey guys,

I have just implemented a new widget on the blog for reading the RSS feed from my REW Blog. It is provided by Spring Widgets, and can be accessed here: http://www.myspringwidgets.com/widgets/view/23

I have seen a lot of nice RSS reader widgets but this one is simply top notch. To each their own I guess, but you can see mine on the right hand side of this blog post and it is just sweet lookin!

What I really like about it is it's quick and easy customization - just plug in a width, height, and even choose some colors - grab your source code, post it in your description section and BAM! wicked cool widgetness.

Nice tool! Thanks for the info. I've recently gotten into enhancing my site and finding ways to increase my pagerank. I'll check this out!

It is flash based, so won't do anything for your pagerank, but it certainly will catch the eye of your blog readers and make them want to click over to read your site, and who knows maybe they will link to your great content (So it can actually help your pagerank) or even better, maybe they are a potential customer and you got the first crack and reeling them in!

A really nice widget indeed thank you. I actually only book marked the site for it as a resource. I still haven't yet determined which widgets to use. but I sure like that one you presented.I think that REW would also be helpful to me to learn more about websites in general and how to optimize them.

Thanks William - certainly REW would be a great place for you and we are happy to have you - Active Rain is great also, and is more Real Estate (Business and consumer side) focused - whereas at REW we focus more on the online aspect of the real estate business (Creating a great website, content development, IDX, search engine marketing etc) - Certainly a lot to learn and many great relationships to build at both sites
