I installed a new printer/copy/fax/scan and after a few log on's to the net my computer crashed. I have someone who is an expert on computers and this is what he told me to do.
shut down the computer
start and press f8
select safe mode with command prompt
at command prompt, type cd c:\windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and hit enter
the restore process will start, select a previous restore point and click next
select a day previous to a the day you made the changes
good luck, hope you never need this, but just in case.
