More like a question: Should my wife and I wait to buy a home (new or resale)? It seems like the market is going down and we're wondering if it's best to buy at the bottom or just get in while it's low. What do you think,

Hi Greg,

Some economists are saying a recovery in the real estate market in as early as mid 2008.

Real Estate home sales are often slowest in oct. nov. dec. As a first time buyer it would be wise to start looking for deals from maybe Oct- March.
