I have placed a link below to an article in Realty Times from today. It is very interesting to look at home prices today and compare them to the 60's etc... Also, there seems to be a total disregard by the media of the actual number of foreclosed properties. The amount of homes starting the foreclosure process is huge and out of wack when you see the actual number of homes that are eventually foreclosed on. At least in our area, this article is using Orange County California numbers.
