Qué toma para comprar un hogar hoy y qué tomará el año próximo va a ser una diferencia enorme. A medida que la bolsa continúa teniendo problemas, las hipotecas caseras van a ser más duras ser aprobado prestamo. La primera vez que el comprador va a ser reestablecido. El criterior para ser pre-aprobado por un prestamista es mas dificil diario. Muchos de los compradores caseros potenciales fue calificado ayer pero no será aprobado hoy. Será incluso duro mañana.
