The Trend in Home Sales in Osterville MA - Improving, or...?

Home prices in Osterville are beginning to rise! They've risen 4.0% since May of 2009, but have fallen 42.9% since May 2005

The current average listing price of homes for sale in Osterville MA is $1,815,949, down 0.6% from a month ago. Compare this to the current median sales price of $321,500 - where half of sales are above this amount and half below it.

While both 3 and 4 bedroom homes are selling for less compared to a year ago, they are now beginning to rise in price. Below is a chart of the trend of median prices of homes for sale in Osterville MA over the past year through May 2010:
