3 Comments on A 4 Bedroom Cameron Park Short Sale in Bar J Ranch Features Updates and Gorgeous Yard
Hi Elizabeth, It's great that your office staff enters the MLS info for you. It's always easier to proof someone else's work, too -- much harder to proof your own typing, I think. This new short sale listing is a very nice one!
Gorgeous listing, Elizabeth. Just input a listing last night in the MLS and forwarded it to my seller when I was done. He's a teacher and found my one type-o. Of course, first thing I did when he tol me was to change it. I can't stand having a goffy mistake out there.
Hi Mary: Well, they don't proof the marketing comments for typos, unfortunately. That I have to catch on my own. And sometimes the office assistants transpose letters and numbers, which is why the first thing I always try to do is proof the seller's phone number for showings. Because the one time that I do not, you can bet the wrong number goes into MLS. It's the law of averages at work.
Hi Chris Ann: How about 3 goofy mistakes? Of course, it's OK for you to make them on my blog, LOL.
