I know so many people that are fed up with the green movement. This is just like politics, I keep it out of my real estate conversations.

Very true.

People can make money, save money, and makes a positive difference.

As energy prices continue to climb over the coming years energy efficiency - a key area in going green - is going to increase the value and marketability of property.
