What do you think of sellers who are finally "getting it" -

By
Real Estate Agent with Re/Max South County

Finally my sellers are calling me and saying "what do you think, should we lower the price?"  WOW - they are getting it........ When I meet with client I offer a CMA, if the price to list should be $550, why do they want to list it at $575??  I make them sign the CMA where it says $550, so they can see it when they tell me to lower price........... they seem to have a "senior moment"  but then "get it" after a while........I try to tell them, "nothing will sell for more than its worth, nothing!!"  Would you pay more?

LOL   isn't that the truth...we show them several homes that are all similar to thiers...then we ask them which of these 3 would you pick??   and why?   well of course it is value....then we show them their house and ask where it needs to be....works pretty good....most of the time...but you do get a stubborn one...LOL

I love the charts and tools Keller Williams gives us showing that they will end up losing money in the end by not pricing properly.   It would be awesome if they ALL got it.
