I knew you were the agent I needed to hire!"
Joan- I knock myself out for local sellers. I truly believe it is a Listing Agents job to get as many people across the sellers threshold as possible. We can also show sellers how many virtual showings they are getting compared to physical showings that cross the threshold. We can tell what marketing efforts work, what headlines work. We never know exactly where the buyer will come from, however we are going to cast the net wide and far and use every tool we have to get a SOLD SIGN in the front yard.
Nell- in today's day and age I really think every homeowner who is thinking of selling their home needs to start in the same place home buyers do. The Internet. Do a little research to see, what local Realtor has a good Online Presence. Those that do are using today's technology to reach consumers. Here is a video I did to show how you do that. View Here
Janice - so far I have not had to hire a stager to sell my listings. I take time with each seller to help them understand that getting the home ready for showing is much different that the normal homeowner lives everyday.
Anna- Thank you. By showing homeowners this information up front and giving them a video presentation. It is a win/win approach to real estate. Someone who is thinking of selling a home typically will interview two or three Realtors. This is just a preview of what my marketing plan looks like.
