The forclosure wagon has come to halt in Vista.  This chart shows how the foreclosure process is at a snails pace in Vista. The average price of these short sale properties is 359,755,000  We have 21 active Bank owned properties, which represent 8% of the market.

There are now 30 Attached homes listed for sale in Vista. CaliforniaThe average price for these listed Attached homes are $183,198. Of this total, 14 are short sale listings. The average price of these short sale units is $171,524.  The ratio of short sale condo listings to the total listings is 46%.
