Curious for the value of our proeprty in Old Brooklyn, since a crazy former neighbor built a 6' fence from garage to front of home & 4' fence to sidwalk which was uct to 2.5'. But we bannot get in or out of the car in the driveway wither can guests. No one will get rid of it. I feel our property value oof 2 bdrm, 1 bath home is under 480K. A 3 bedrom 2 bath across the street sold of $99K Taxman tells us $120K for taxes to be paid I say less. WE MUST HAVE A VALUE BY 3.31.09
