Is it just me or did the month of June go by very quickly? It seems like I just posted May's numbers a week ago! I am guessing that July will fly by as well.
I was very curious when I ran the numbers for June to see if they looked much different than May. What I thought was interesting was the increase in the number of townhomes/condos that came on market in June. Almost three times as many went on the market in June versus May. The number of single family homes coming on market in June decreased, not sure if there is any trend here but it is still an interesting observation. More single family homes were sold in June than May and more townhomes/condos were sold in May than June.
In June 2010, 24 single family homes came on the market , 43 homes sold and 26 are pending and the price range was 2.06M-399K. The numbers for May were, 38 single family homes came on the market, 31 homers were sold and 31 were pending with a price range of 1.35M-399K
In June 2010, 31 townhomes/condos came on the market, 23 townhomes/condos sold and 17 are pending. The price Range was 956K-194K. In May of 2010, 13 townhomes/condos came on the market, 35 townhomes/condos sold and 9 were pending with a price range of 1.149M-198K
