Home Staging Tip - What to do with all those toys!

Kids Toys!

Everyone who has kids knows how many toys they can accumulate FAST!  And how many they don't play with anymore. 

A home being shown should never have toys on the floors, tables, beds, anywhere!

Toys should be hidden neatly in toy chests or baskets.  Not out to take up valuable real estate space.

This is good time to get rid of some of those toys and donate them to children less fortunate.   

Donate unused toys to needy children, throw out broken toys and pack up the rest.   Leave your child's favorite toys for them but make sure they are hidden when buyers look are coming to see your home.

This may be the hardest thing you do!  ha!  Even if your child hasn't touched a toy in a ages they still don't want to get rid of it.  Good luck!
